Licensing FAQ
Stems are separate audio tracks from a beat, such as drums, bass and melodies. Your engineer can adjust them around your vocals. Premium and Unlimited include stems; check the selected beat and license before purchase.
Standard, Premium and Unlimited allow streaming releases within their license terms. Standard includes 100,000 audio streams; Premium includes 500,000. Unlimited has no audio-stream cap. Check the agreement for other uses and any exclusive terms.
A non-exclusive license lets other artists license the same beat. For exclusive rights, ask about availability and review the agreement, including any existing licenses. The agreement sets out the rights you receive.
Request an upgrade before exceeding your license limits. Include your beat title and current license so we can confirm the available option and price.
Do not register a song using a non-exclusive beat with Content ID or another fingerprinting system. For an exclusive agreement, confirm whether registration is expressly allowed before enabling it. Content ID registration and monetizing a video are separate uses.
Yes, for all non-exclusive licenses, written credit must be given in the song title or description (e.g., 'Produced by MandalazMusic').
